  I only discovered you and your work a couple of weeks ago so was looking forward to your Tuesday seminar (12.15am here). I was bright and wide awake when you started, sound asleep after a few minutes, woke briefly to hear your closing comments. Then fell into a deep sleep with full body orgasmic dream! Woke at 3.30am luxuriating in these delicious sensations and realised the room was filled with rosy pink light. A lamp on the far side of the room had switched itself on …..

  Dear Jo,
  I stand with so many others, deeply grateful for your huge love, generosity of spirit and transforming energies for waking up. You are such a guiding light in the world, and my heart is so open to you.

  I have listened to your broadcasts for about a month, and did the Activations of Awakening recently. Shortly after I started listening to you on Healing w/the Masters, then World Puja Radio, someone backed into my parked car. I was surprisingly not upset, and now their insurance company is sending me a check for $1200 (a ‘little miracle’?). I can either get the minor dent fixed, or use the money toward your November retreat, which I was longing to do. However, I still lack about $400. Nonetheless, I was so excited, I decided to go for it, and began the search for cheap airfare, etc. But by the end of hours online, and a family member’s criticism for being unrealistic about my circumstances and lack of the required amount needed, I was exhausted and discouraged. So I let go.

  I wanted so much to receive the energies you will offer at the retreat, and I feel my heart is calling me. It is a huge disappointment. But perhaps my lesson is to learn that my ego isn’t the one in charge here,
  and that abundance and prosperity flow easily and peacefully, and in the right timing, not through a scrambling, intense effort of mind. As I let go of all the trying to make it happen, a subdued peace is replacing the stress and passion I had been feeling. I still deeply desire to experience healing and transformation, but I no longer want to undergo the stressful efforting to make things happen in my life (which never really worked anyway). Perhaps it’s time to trust.

  I add my thanks to you for your kind, gentle, compassionate and potent delivery of the wonderful energy work. I, like others perhaps, was raised in a religious system that promoted its beliefs through fear and emotionalism. I never fit in, but so desired to truly know and connect with the Divine. Over many years, much seeking, and many wonderful teachings, I’ve embodied the Truth of myself (of all of ourselves) being an expression of the Divine. Recently I watched online some services from a religious tradition with which I was familiar from childhood. For a couple of days I felt the pull of the familiar – to return to the belief system that caused so much fear within me in the past. One day, however, upon waking, I felt that I’d truly “awakened” – no longer was I under the “spell” so to speak, to run back to a familiar yet fear-filled belief system.
  I relate this, because I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to experience some of the magnificent activations that you offer. These activations – though very subtle – are having a major positive impact on my life. I am most grateful, and unfortunately find myself unable to articulate my gratitude adequately.   I have learnt so much from your guidance, I am deeply grateful. I started about a year ago, and my family wondered what I was doing listening to the web archives.
  I remember having asked for spiritual growth, and that has been showered with such abundance! I wish there could be more workshops like the activations available for people who live all over the world.
  I wish we could have a deep activation on dealing with FEAR AND SELF ESTEEM because this is such a common issue, running us for lifetimes. That would help so much!

  My entire life has changed so gracefully…I started having more time to be quiete, at peace ( i was not working, my husband was looking for a job). When I just sing up The Abundance Project, I wanted to change career, and desire a healthier relationships with my family… resources came for so many places, trainnings, contacts, support groups, great sorprises $$$, THANK YOU SO MUCH, it fells like a new life, new family, definitly a new carrer, renewed house ..( I used the fix feature from the 11 works of energy for the washer machine!!.. just worked againg) my husband was hired in a field he was expecting to get in the future… this one is FUN… my little girl asked me several times what are you listening mommy?..   WoW! I resonated with everything in your talk on the free teleconference tonight. This was my first one. I feel that my intuitive guidance energy is flowing more strongly and confidently because of all the recent listening and receiving of your energies. ≈Thank You≈ And so so so comforting to hear validation for following my guidance.

  My mouth dropped open, too, when you spoke of the full blown kundalini experience you had… as I have experienced this, too, several times. It is very comforting to know I am not alone in this. I often experience feeling like the sun is in my heart shining out to all and everything and that everything is shining too; light courses through me like a river or a snake through my chakras and I feel full and whole and fully in the present. It seems to last longer and longer.

  Since i began listening to your talks, I am much much more receptive and open to the abundance that is flowing into my life and all around me.   Many many thanks for your prayers and your talks. I have created change in all areas of my life…with your sharing of your wisdom; this is making the transitions much smoother.

  Self insights are flowing. The energy is buzzing through my system. Emotions in all their beautiful forms are flowing and I no longer hold my breath.   I emailed you this morning because I didn’t yet ,quite ,understand that your blog is for sharing my healing with others, also.

  I first heard you on Jennifer McCleans Healing with the Masters about four wks. ago. I then found your website and asked for your prayers. I had no idea how that would accelerate my healing with a weight struggle I have had for about 40 yrs. I was already on the way “again” with my own methods of getting rid of the extra weight. Jo, I am so grateful for your prayers. I am now losing weight comfortably and consistently. You helped put a finale end to my struggle. How wonderful it feels to never have to think about it and yet in the deepest part of my being I know that the light feeling and spring in my walk is here to stay.

  Dear Jo,
  Last Wednesday I did the Activations of Awakening. The time difference with Holland is 9 hours, and as it was going to be in the middle of the night for me I was going to prepare well in advance for it.
  That afternoon I received a strange e-mail from someone I had regarded as a friend. I was to receive a Ganesha from him through another site I was not familiar with. I wrote back to thank him, telling him that I thought it was funny to hear from him this way and that Ganesha was no longer something I resonated with. As I tried to delete the email I found myself on that very website. It was very different to what I would select. Then I saw that I could not leave the site any more, nor shut down the computer. I found myself stuck with a virus! Attempts to get things going again were futile.
  There was no panic. (I have enjoyed your wonderful work for 3 months now!) I knew my neighbour might help me out and let me do the activations at her apartment. I only hoped I would not wake her up. So she gave me her key and I went to bed, two floors below, hoping I would get enough sleep to be alert later on.
  At 4.20 a.m. I woke up! The session was supposed to start at 3.15 our time! Still no panic!? I sped upstairs in my pijamas, armed with stationary and what not. As I got in, she woke up already, saying that she always does at least once every night and that I should not worry about her.
  Before logging in I went to Puja network in order to establish the Link, in case this had been done at the start of Awakening. I was so glad I did not settle for the telephone call from my house, because it was good to have both hands free, and no worries about my battery going flat. It turned out the most important part was yet to come!

  The session was beautiful, and I was very alert, except that I knocked over a mug with pens, and was sure I had once more woken up my neighbour. I thought I’d “makee it up” by asking for energy for her!
  I did not sleep as well as I had expected. But the moment I was up I felt so serene and strong. Also had a few insights. I tried my my computer, which started working again and my neighbour told me that she had not slept so well in years!
  Now, almost a week since I did the activations I am much more in the present than ever before. My trust is stronger and my awareness grows by the day.
  Thank you Jo, for your generous work to the world. I am telling many about you! Pity the language may still be a barrier to some.

  I have a few questions and I hope you will have time to answer them.
  Namely:
  Have I missed anything? My feeling is that I haven’t and that the Universe provided extra rest because I cannot sleep in!

  Before I decided to do the activations, I heard your beautiful talk on “Healing with the Masters”and decided to download your generous offer of the 12 Audio Package. Has this now become redundant or could the various processes further enhance the activation of awakening?

  Also, I have experienced a kundalini awakening, which has taken me 7 difficult years to emerge from. How might the kundalini awakening in your session effect me? Would it become redundant or further enhance my spiritual growth?

  I had a glorious weekend with my children. We played. We read together. I drove them and their friends around. They said thank you and hugged me a lot.I felt so blessed. And even when I felt triggered by something on Sat. night, I went into myself to feel and release. I felt the energy moving up my chakras and still stuck. I’m still exploring this.

  I get so much out of your world puja broadcasts, Jo. The Aug. 20 show really resonated with me.

  I was feeling regretful that I didn’t sign up for the Activations workshop last week, but I’m trusting the process.

  I also took my kids and some friends to the woods for a walk on Sunday afternoon. It was relaxing and great to see them run wild.
  My heart tells me to take the kids to the beach this weekend. I so want to see the ocean. I’ll pray for guidance on next steps.

  This message is for Cassandra Williams:

  Thank you for your words – they mean so much to me right now when I need to know that I am not alone in these feelings. I have taken so many energy healing courses over the years, and nothing can touch the speed with which Jo’s channeled energies are clearing out my old patterns and beliefs. I am very humbled. I am not taking drugs and I am not going to take time off of work. I cannot coddle these feelings as they will then take me over. I’m the boss of me :~) It’s funny, I’ve had many clients over the years, and it is now, when I am experiencing cuttingly painful change that I feel I can truly relate to them on this dark level of mind. (And I thought I had cleared immense amounts of stuff from my past. I thought I was on the home-stretch where that’s concerned. Yikes).

  I did have some dreams over the past couple of days, and from what I can remember, the beings/people within my dreams were protecting me and holding space for me, and mentoring me. I will ask to remember my dreams when I wake up from now on so that I can learn what I need to be taught, because I don’t want to miss one single thing!

  I am so glad Jo’s healings were so close to the weekend because I needed time to just BE and sleep and take care of myself. I am still going to go for blood work and urinalysis testing for every free test that I can get, and also see an iridologist and a nutritionist, because I want to caretake my physical body to the best of my ability.

  It’s funny, I took Wednesday off from work because I felt I needed to be alone to prepare for the energies of the activations, and what happened was I eneded up spring cleaning most of the house. I had to remove as much density (dust) as I could to make room for the new energies to come into my life. Wednesday night just before the call started I got a call from my hubby and he said I got you something, and I said what’you get me? And he said “a foldable treadmill!” (This is something I have wanted for years and I had just looked in the Canadian Tire flyer the day before this and had thought to myself; “There’s my treadmill!” And then, less than 24 hours later, that exact treadmill was Mine. Coincidence? NO way. Jo’s energies? You bet.

  Jo you are in my home , in my car, in class, in my walks, on the beach until I fall asleep. and I staret allover again the following day. The shifts are minute but steady I have left all the searching behind and I am following my guidance system .My mind is quieter, my body is lighter and I feel more centered. Most of the people that I know are Portuguese speaking , anyway I ask them to download it and listen, even if they don`t understand what you are saying. I tell them they will end up learning English for free too. more abundance for them. I explain what you do, tell themabout the youtube and abundance project and ask them to sign up.
  The hairdresser- He is a friend when I went to visit him had an urge, he was crying business was bad bills to pay lights were going to be cut off etc. But my mp3 in his ear ,download into his and told him to listen for awhile. That day he worked until 11pm and his partner took him of the hook of running the business and offered him to earn a weekly salary. Miracles!!! he is smiling from ear to ear with his mp3 in his ear.

Since that session I have felt quite spaced out at times but not to the point of not being able to function, as I took your advice for the slow and easy transformation.
  The very next day I received a job offer after a few months of trying to get a job and only receiving unsuccessful letters till then.   Jo, thank you for your love and generosity! I loved the Activations! I have not yet totally grounded, but I feel that my life is turning around in such surprising and effortless ways. Also, I put my sister’s name on the prayer list. She was having a major operation, and I told her about placing her name on this list, and it helped her tremendously, knowing that she was being helped. Everything is fine!   This message is for U.J. in Canada. I think we are both going thru detox — clearing which is a prerequisite (if that’s the right word) for higher consciousness. I just had a wonderful dream that this man who loved me very much was healing me by slowly pouring warm oil over my naked body.   Thank you, Jo. My mother, whom I put on the list received an unexpected payday last week. I had a closing in a real estate deal that did not go through on time and instead of being devastated (due to the promises I made to pay debtors), I felt the disappointment, and then I let it rise up and out naturally. Next thing I know I was happy again and laughing about it. Today, the deal closed and will be funded by Monday! So, thank you for transmitting this energy to us so lovingly and freely. I am listening to one of your broadcasts right now and I notice that when you begin the initiation of the abundance energy I feel this sensation, kind of like pressure in my chest region and across my shoulders front and back. It is like an exhilirating embrace. It lifts after those quiet moments and then I feel it again at times depending on the conversation. I truly want to go to your retreat. I’ve been trying to manifest the funds. There is still time I think. Maybe I will meet you in a couple of weeks. I know you speak the truth and I know you funnel important energy from there to here guiding us higher into our own divine awareness. Again, thank you!   Hello Jo, thank you for your Activations of Awakening call. I asked to received everything slowly and easily just like you said. Today, at work I almost started crying in front of my boss and sat crying at my computer off and on. I put my heair in front of my face but I think people knew what I was doing. Also, I had asked to have a healing on my right a/c joint hairline fracture from a skidoo/sledding accident in February of 2002.
  Yesterday afternoon when I was driving home from work I had the feeling that I needed to dig into the right side of my neck as it was starting to hurt quite a bit out of the blue. All of a sudden my neck cracked audibly and I felt a shift take place. From then, the pain got really intense and I had to sleep on the couch towards my feng shui health direction. In the morning I was aching almost as much again and somehow made it through the day at work. The pain I am feeling now is almost as intense as the pain I felt when I had just fractured my a/c joint in 2002.

  I also went to the doctor today because I was concerned about the physica; pain I was feeling and the emotional pain. When I got to the doctors’ examination room, some of the physical pain subsided just like that. When I left the doctor’s office that same pain came back again.
  I also have been quite emotional for the past month. I talked to the doctor about it and she wants me to take Atavan or some other drugs and also gave me a note for a week off from work – extending into two weeks if I need it. I want to be able to function at work and in society however I would also like to evolve – I just wish it wasn’t so painful.
  I am so open to ideas and especially healings. It is weird to feel this skidoo accident pain all over again. Any thoughts on this? I love Jo Dunning and want to take all of her courses – hoping there is a way to release this physical and emotional pain for my highest and best, pain free, debt free, free and clear.   Jo, Thank you for the wave of abundance today, Friday. I got a phone call confirming a significant performance and I also signed a contract for another performance. I also gave a stipend to an intern because I know that I have mor than enough to share.   Dear Jo,
  Thank you so much for the Activations of Awakening. I am grateful that I heard you on Healing with the Masters. The energy I felt pulsating through my entire body, during the activation was immense, and it‘s becoming stronger to my surprise each day! I have felt so much energy emanating from my crown chakra that it’s almost unreal; it’s like there is a beam of light coming through and flowing all throughout my body. I’ve noticed that I can focus the energy especially well in my hands. Today I woke up with a stomachache, and I focused the energy into my hands and held them a couple of inches away from my stomach. I imagined the pain from my stomach flowing out into my hands, and the pain was almost all relieved. I’ve also tried a healing on my ferret, as she is suffering with a disease. I don’t know if it helped her, but it was worth it.

  The activations have helped strengthen my desire to become a healer. Only a couple of months ago, I would have scoffed at the idea of ever being capable of such a thing, but now anything seems possible in my life. I can’t wait to see what happens next. I look forward to meeting you at the retreat (I don’t know how I’ll find a way to get there, but I believe the universe will open a way for me).

  Hi Jo,

  Thank you for the activations. I felt a lot of energy during the session and later that night woke up several times feeling odd energy working it’s way up my body and a pulsing in both of my hands. The next night with out effort both of my hands started pulsing with pretty intense energy for several minutes. I don’t know what it was all about but it was definatly a confirmation for me that the activations have started some kind of dramatic change for me. Thank you for your dedication to helping others awaken. I appreciate all of the free talks and energy work you do as this enables so many more people to participate including myself. It was a stretch for me to pay for the activations but my guidance was very strong that this was where I was to put my energy that night. Thank you again, Linda

  Dear Jo ! I received the Awakening Activation on Wednesday Night. I feel as if I don\\\\\\\’t have words to describe my feelings during the whole call. It was so awesome, peaceful, huge! I felt the working of the energies especially on my head, middle, crown and temples.
  The next day I felt urged to delete many of my newsletters coming in from other healers or counselors – I knew I don\\\\\\\’t need them anymore. I finally found what really works for me and what truly resonates with my Soul. I immediately felt like coming home when I first heard your voice on the teleclass with Jennifer McLean. This was greatly increased and confirmed during the Awakening Activation.
  I took notes where I could (I\\\\\\\’m in the healing work too, so all the information you gave us will help me to transmit them to others also), but for the Mudras I couldn\\\\\\\’t write the process down – because, of course, I followed your instructions. I found them so powerful and would love to have a script of the whole process:
  1)Activating Energy with Hand-Positions from the base of the spine to top of head – 2) Opening Heart-Mind-Channel 3) Activation Thymus Gland 4) 3 Steps of Releasing 5) Work with the Triangle Shape.

  Having a script or maybe the DVD you mentionned during the Call would be a very appreciated help! I would really like to integrate all this in my life regularly.

  Thank you Jo for the wonderful experience of the 3 part Activation, pineal, endocrine and dna, last night! The process was so smooth, so relaxing and it was so validating when you mentioned that the energy/vibration would start working with each of us the minute we registered, because that is exactly what happened to me! I started to cry when you mentioned it last night, which confirmed my belief. I felt like I was being prepared to receive this gift.

  I was a little sore in the muscles in my body this morning, but very alert and felt good. I went to your prayer list and listed myself and my family members with no specific intention other than for their highest good. Just prior to listing them, my husband had asked if our son had called yet, he’d been waiting for a call from him, as our son was struggling a bit and just started a new job. Within a half hour of my listing them, our son called and my husband was closest to the phone so he answered. Our son was excited because he’d only been on the job for 3 days and he got a raise! Both of their prayers were answered …and that fast!
  I can’t thank you enough for your willingness to serve and offer this work. It is powerful and enjoyable! I’m looking forward to seeing how the Universe is going to manifest the wonder and beauty of the next part of my life! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Yes! Beautifully expressed. It sounds like your instincts are very sound. Because you are so right, it\’s easy to overdo at first. Heck, it\’s taken me four decades to learn how to find my own perfect balance of intention and surrender to the energy. And, when we\’ve got ego involved (and who doesn\’t?!?) then we can go astray for awhile. The beautiful thing about the Cosmos is that always, it is self-correcting. It\’s just that the slower and gentler we move, the less wear and tear on the body or emotions. Good for you!

  Dear Jo and Everyone,

  Dripping Springs is the spot in our country that has had the very worst draught. The day after I signed up for the Abundance Project it started raining. We depend on the rain to grow our crops and fill our water tanks. As of today, those tanks are full, the creek is babbling beautifully, and the waterfall is going like crazy … for the first time in three years! Thank you for this glorious abundance!

  Last nite I experienced the activations. For the 2nd or 3rd time, as soon as I hear Jo’s voice, I start crying. When I feel the presence of something holy, I cry deeply. As soon as Jo started with the chakra clearing, I experienced tingling, lots of kriyas, and heat! This morning to my dismay–and the very opposite of what I expected–my heart feels rather closed, I’m irritable, and feel like crying. I can only hope that this is still part of the cleansing. The following is a dream I had last nite:

  Dream: I had just experienced the activations. I was a very pregnant black woman and in labor. I thought I was going to the hospital, but Brugh (Brugh Joy is a spiritual teacher and has been pivotal in my spiritual/psychological growth) took me into the woods. I totally surrendered to him in complete trust. I lay on the earth. I, as a white woman, was observing all of this (in the dream). There was also another woman with me. He had two joints and offered us one. We said no. He said, “Oh well.” I (observer) could hear him say under his breath, “This delivery is going to make me a lot of money.” He had dirt under his nails and wasn’t going to wash.

  In meditation this morning this is what came to me about this dream: This new creation being born will be a great resource. Dark feminine, being born on the great mother. Didn’t accept the marijuana, which would be an escape from the body. Dirt under his nails, the earth. Ok w/ my dark, earthy feminine. Creativity not born in some sterile environment, but in the woods, where I am the happiest – my temple.

  I’ve only just begun to understand this dream. I always appreciate feedback on my dreams. Thank you, Jo, for bringing a thousand people together to experience something very holy.
